Chiang Mai IVF is the IVF clinic linked to Kullapat, the obstetrics and gynaecology polyclinic in Chiang Mai, and it was founded by a group of specialist medical lecturers. Its team is led by Prof. Teraporn Vutyavanich, alongside three fellow professors of obstetrics and gynaecology, and it is accredited by the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) of Australia and New Zealand.

It offers IVF, ICSI, PGD and PGS, and an embryo bank for eggs, sperm and embryos, and its doctors see patients in the evenings and at weekends. It works mainly in Thai, so bring someone who speaks Thai, or a coordinator, if you'd rather do your treatment in the north than in Bangkok.
